Hydrogen is used as a protective gas in heat treatment. The thermal medium is 100% hydrogen.
1.6:1: Lower the configuration ratio of furnace and heating cap. The traditional HNX furnace is 2:1, which means that two HNX furnaces are equipped with a heating hood. The cooling time of all-hydrogen furnace is very short, and the furnace cover ratio is reduced to 1.6:1, which saves the floor space and reduces the investment.
40%: Using 100% hydrogen as a protective gas, corrugated inner shell, high gas flow and high speed burner, gas/water cooling and strong convection can increase production by 30% to 40%.
PPm level: No oxidation, due to the implementation of a reliable two PPm level (one part per million) seal, sufficient cleaning time, advanced control means, annealed coil will not develop oxidation color.
