Equipment Brief Introduction:
This series of production line is used for cutting various kinds of HR coils into flat plates through uncoiling, leveling and cutting process. This line consists of coil car, double head uncoiler, hydraulic pinch and coil peeler, pre-leveler, guiding device , finish leveler, encoder length gauge, shear, stacker, electric control system, hydraulic system, etc.
