What are the important components of the annealing furnace

The continuous annealing unit integrates the cleaning, annealing, leveling, and finishing processes of cold-rolled strip steel into one. Compared with the traditional annealing process of cover annealing furnace, it has the advantages of short production cycle, compact layout, convenient production management, high labor productivity and excellent product quality. Among them, continuous annealing furnace is an important part of continuous annealing set. According to the process requirements, the continuous annealing furnace can be divided into preheating segment, heating segment, soaking segment, slow cooling segment, fast cooling segment, aging segment and final cooling segment. When the strip is driven by the furnace roll in each area of the furnace, the strip often has wavy deformation, which seriously affects the stability of production.

In fact, strip bending deformation in continuous annealing furnace is the buckling and post-buckling deformation of thin plate. However, the thermal deformation of furnace roll is seldom considered in the study of strip bend deformation at home and abroad, and the fixed roll shape is mostly used in the study. In the actual production, when the strip is running in the continuous annealing furnace, the temperature of the furnace roll is not evenly distributed along the direction of the roller due to the partial contact between the roller and the strip, and the shape will change. The related research shows that the shape of furnace roll has a great influence on the strip piaoqu deformation. Therefore, it is necessary to study the influence of thermal deformation of furnace roll on the strip Piaoqu deformation. Because of the closure and complexity of the structure of continuous annealing furnace. The experimental method and analytical method are limited. Therefore, the author studies the influence of hot deformation of furnace roll on strip bending deformation by finite element calculation method in a continuous annealing furnace in a factory, in order to provide theoretical basis for selecting appropriate furnace roll and improving strip bending deformation in continuous annealing furnace.
