1. There are no great restrictions on the use of flatteners, which can be used as long as they are not broken and narrow (dimension tolerance changes are acceptable). Flatteners are suitable for materials that have been cold-processed after softening annealing (similar to softening annealing), because softening annealing can eliminate internal stress, some tensile annealing can improve the plate shape. After cold working, the plate shape may deteriorate or the internal stress may gather again. In this case, bending correction can improve the plate shape and eliminate l internal stress.
2. After tension correction, we usually decide whether to relieve stress annealing according to the customer's requirements and the change of the plate shape of our company's products. Most of our products are directly shipped out in separate strips after tension correction. Only do IC chips, and using the etching method of eliminating stress annealing are needed materials, soft state or after heat treatment the material (eliminating stress annealing) are usually not handsomer bent, because after correction, the type plate is flat, but the internal stress will be regrouped, and incoming plate type, the worse, the bigger the tensile residual stress after correction, must be conducted to eliminate stress annealing.
3. The extrusion process is different. If it is a hot extrusion, internal stress has been eliminated during the extrusion process, so the distortion and bending have been set, and the residual stress will be generated again after tension correction, so whether heat treatment is needed, you should judge by yourself and judge according to the customer's needs.
